I have a very nice, impeccably cleaned space in a slightly swanky residential building, which I'm happy to offer for hourly rental for a variety of uses, kinky or vanilla.  Fairly quiet, very private.  Great for Sessions or any other type of client meeting, Photo or Video shoots - anything from fetish to music videos to small cooking shows would work well.

 

It is a good-size, well-lit space with newly refinished hardwood floors, clean white walls, high ceilings.  Open-plan, island kitchen with beautiful, black granite countertops and all new stainless steel. 

There is a small pair of decent speakers set up in the bookcase to which you can easily hook up your laptop or iPhone for music.

The option of using the primary bedroom is also there.

Beautiful bathroom, huge tub.  Decent knockoff Le Corbusier black leather sofa with the metal bars around it that's excellent for tying people up to, a red barstool with a back that's great for spankings, as well as some small well-kept shackles, crops and other props you're welcome to use with care, for those who would be renting for sessioning purposes.
